​Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

On March 25, 2013, we adopted an updated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.  Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all officers, directors and employees throughout our corporate family, including iHeartMedia, Inc. (previously CC Media Holdings, Inc.), iHeartCommunications, Inc. (previously Clear Channel Communications, Inc.), Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. and their subsidiaries.  Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was revised, among other things, to: (1) enhance its overall readability; (2) update its design and tone; (3) provide realistic examples; (4) reflect regulatory changes; and (5) better reflect the diverse, global nature of our businesses.
 
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics explains ethical standards and legal requirements, provides realistic examples and provides guidance for making ethical decisions consistent with our shared values—wherever we operate around the world.
