New York, N.Y. – October 7, 2013 – Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, the leading media company in America with a greater reach in the U.S. than any radio or television outlet, announced today that Steven Macri, respected financial executive, has joined the company as CFO, effective immediately. Marci will be based in New York City and will report to John Hogan, Chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.
 
As CFO Macri will oversee the administrative, financial and risk management operations for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.  He will develop financial strategies and tactical initiatives to further the company's operations across all lines of business.
 
“Steven has a proven track record of successfully generating revenue growth and improving margins for large global corporations,” said Hogan. “He is a seasoned strategic and financial planning and analysis professional whose financial leadership experience will be an asset to the Clear Channel management team.”

Macri joins Clear Channel from LogicSource Inc., a strategic sourcing company where he served as CFO (Chief Financial Officer.) Prior to LogicSource, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at Warner Music Group, Corp. where he oversaw global financial operations, treasury/risk management, information systems and taxes for the company.  Macri received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Syracuse University.
