San Antonio, October 10, 2014 — iHeartMedia, Inc. (OTCBB: IHRT) along with its wholly-owned subsidiary, iHeartCommunications, Inc., and its publicly traded subsidiary, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), will release 2014 third quarter results before the market opens on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at approximately 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will host a conference call to discuss results the same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
