Federated Media Radio Stations Join iHeartRadio

New York, NY – August 6, 2012 – Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, the leading media company in America, today announced that 17 Federated Media radio stations are now available on iHeartRadio, Clear Channel’s industry-leading digital radio platform.  iHeartRadio continues to offer listeners more programming choices with the addition of  Federated Media which services the Northern Indiana Fort Wayne, South Bend, Elkhart-Goshen and Warsaw markets.
 
Federated Media radio stations feature a variety of programming including Rock, Talk, Country and Hot Adult Contemporary (AC).  Under the agreement, Federated Media’s radio stations, including legendary News/Talk station WOWO-FM/AM in Fort Wayne; the No. 1 country station in South Bend B100 WBYT and Fort Wayne’s K105 WQHK, are now available on the iHeartRadio platform wherever it is offered including web, mobile devices and automobiles.  In addition, Federated Media will support and promote iHeartRadio on its stations and websites. iHeartRadio is Clear Channel’s best-in-class customizable digital listening service, that delivers everything listeners want in one free, fully-integrated service: instant access to more than 1,000 of the nation’s most popular live broadcast and digital-only radio stations from more than 150 cities, plus user-created Custom Stations inspired by favorite artists and songs.
