Telemundo Will Once Again Broadcast the 2017 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina Special Which Returns to Miami on November 4

NEW YORK AND MIAMI – August 3, 2017 – Telemundo recently announced that it has expanded its partnership with iHeartMedia to feature five iHeartRadio music categories for the 2017 “Premios Tu Mundo” (Your World Awards), the only entertainment awards show on Spanish-language TV exclusively based on fan votes. The five music categories for the 2017 Premios Tu Mundo include Favorite Regional Mexican Artist by iHeartRadio, Favorite Pop Artist by iHeartRadio, Favorite Tropical Artist by iHeartRadio, Favorite Urban Artist by iHeartRadio and Favorite Party-Starting Song by iHeartRadio.

Telemundo’s “Premios Tu Mundo” (“Your World Awards”) is one of the most popular award shows in Spanish-language television. A true celebration of U.S. Latino pop culture, the annual event allows fans to choose their favorite actors, musical artists, TV personalities, fan clubs and influencers through a selection process that combines the power of television, web, mobile and social media platforms. “Premios Tu Mundo” will be produced and broadcast live from the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida, on Thursday August 24 at 8pm/7c on Telemundo, and will be preceded by the star-studded blue carpet pre-show “La Alfombra de Premios Tu Mundo” at 7pm/6c.

In addition, Telemundo will once again broadcast the 2017 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina which returns to the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami on Saturday, November 4, 2017. The 2017 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina will once again celebrate the best in Latin Music and the two-hour broadcast special will feature performances by top Latino stars and celebrity presenters, for the third consecutive year. The lineup for the 2017 iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
